Can anyone interpret this?

REDMOND, Wash. — Sept. 29, 2008 — Microsoft Corp. today provided the first look at the next version of its developer tools and platform, which will be named Visual Studio 2010 and the .NET Framework 4.0. Microsoft described the next release through the following five focus areas: riding the next-generation platform wave, inspiring developer delight, powering breakthrough departmental applications, enabling emerging trends such as cloud computing, and democratizing application life-cycle management (ALM).

Hey Smashed,
My interpretation is that this photo represents the Five focus groups:
Riding the next generation platform wave = the guy in the back row and left with the 1820’s haircut.
Inspiring Developer Delight = Obviously the two women in the photo (programmer eye candy)
Powering breakthrough Departmental applications = powered by the 99 pound guy bottom left
Cloud Computing = those 5 outdoorsy looking guys with beards and glasses
Democratizing ALM = the two fellows in communist red shirts.

It seems this group fear sunlight and hair products but love the NET.
