Why is it that in the main conference room it's nearly always twilight?
Is it the romance?
Are we trying to conduct a scéance?
Are there electrical problems?

ROMANCE?? We wish! (but no)
SCEANCE? No, Both Engineers and Sceantists dim the lights.
ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS? No, not with Jimmy Jazz Joe Jimmy and PG "change the bulbs hot" staff. The electrics are just fine.
No, I am sorry to report that the rather boring answer of it is easier to see the projected images with the lights dimmed.
Can't you tell a series of rhetorical questions when you hear one?
